Servicio gratuito, de mejor esfuerzo

Burs-IA Utils es gratis y sin llave. Lo ofrecemos con el mejor esfuerzo, sin acuerdo de nivel de servicio: puede fallar, cambiar o dejar de estar disponible sin aviso.

Sin garantía

Se ofrece «tal cual», sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, en la medida que permita la ley. No respondemos por daños derivados de su uso.

Uso justo

Hay un límite por cliente (por defecto 120 peticiones por minuto, ráfaga de 60 y 2 llamadas a la vez). No intentes evadirlo (por ejemplo, rotando cabeceras) ni sobrecargar el servicio. Podemos limitar o bloquear el tráfico abusivo.

Los resultados son validación, no asesoría

Las herramientas calculan y validan formatos con algoritmos públicos. No son asesoría legal, tributaria, contable ni financiera. Que un documento sea «válido» solo dice que cumple su dígito de control: no prueba que exista, que esté activo ni a quién pertenece. Para decisiones, consulta la fuente oficial (DIAN, SAT, Receita Federal…).

Pix y EMVCo nunca confirman pagos

br-pix-brcode, emvco-qr-parse y las herramientas de QR solo construyen o revisan el texto que les das. Nunca confirman, inician ni registran un pago; un CRC correcto no significa que un pago exista ni que se haya hecho.

Recibos sin firma

El recibo de cada resultado no está firmado: prueba consistencia (entrada, salida y versión), no origen.

Tus datos

Envía solo datos que tengas derecho a procesar. Lo que guardamos está en la política de privacidad.

Free, best-effort service

Burs-IA Utils is free and keyless. It is offered on a best-effort basis with no service-level agreement: it may fail, change or stop being available without notice.

No warranty

It is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for damages arising from its use.

Fair use

There is a per-client rate limit (by default 120 requests per minute, a burst of 60 and 2 calls at a time). Do not try to evade it (for example by rotating headers) or overload the service. We may limit or block abusive traffic.

Results are validation, not advice

The tools compute and validate formats with public algorithms. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. A "valid" ID only passes its check digit: it does not prove that it exists, is active or whom it belongs to. For decisions, check the official source (DIAN, SAT, Receita Federal…).

Pix and EMVCo never confirm payments

br-pix-brcode, emvco-qr-parse and the QR tools only build or check the text you give them. They never confirm, initiate or record a payment; a correct CRC does not mean a payment exists or was made.

Unsigned receipts

The recibo on each result is unsigned: it proves consistency (input, output and version), not origin.

Send only data you are entitled to process. What we keep is in the privacy policy.
